Eligibility:

You may be eligible if

  • You bought AZEK Decking between August 1, 2007 and December 31, 2012, and installed it at your residence,
  • You still own the residence, and
  • The color of the decking was one of the following: Brownstone, Clay, Slate Gray, Ivory, White, Fawn, Kona, Sedona, Tahoe, Acacia, Morado, or Redland Rose.

Awards will be offset by any benefits you have already received from AZEK, such as prior cash refunds, professional cleaning, or the like. See the Notice for details. 

Typical Settlement Amount:

Award of 10% of what you paid for the decking, not including labor, installation, or other deck parts. Offsets for previous benefits from AZEK. No claimant can receive more than $2,000.
