Proof of Purchase:The records of the defendants in this case will be used to calculate the amount you receive in this case. If you do not want to rely on their records, you can submit your own records along with your claim to show proof of your e-Toll payments on Avis or Budget rentals during the class period. If the defendants have no records for you, you must also show your own records.
Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a US resident, and (1) you rented an Avis or Budget vehicle from a company-owned location in the US during the class period, and (2) in connection with that rental, you paid Avis, Budget, or Highway Toll Administration for the use of e-Toll. The class period for most states is April 1, 2007 to December 31, 2015, except for rental transactions originating in Florida, Texas, and Colorado, for which the class period is March 2, 2009 to December 31, 2015.
