Eligibility:
You may be eligible if:
- You purchased certain Avalon Organics products in California between May 11, 2007 and May 11, 2011; or
- You purchased certain Jason products in California between May 11, 2007 and January 30, 2011.
The products involved include bath and shower gel, shampoo, moisturizing lotion, and many other personal care or cosmetic items. A complete list (“List of Challenged Products”) is available at the settlement website (www.HainOrganicCosmeticsLawsuit.com).
Typical Settlement Amount:Varies. Without receipts: 50% of the purchase price, up to $50 in cash only, or of $40 in cash plus $40 in coupons. With receipts: 50% of the purchase price, whether in cash only or a combination of cash and coupons. Prices will be based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price for the product as of January 30, 2011. Amounts may be less, depending on the amounts of claims submitted.
