If you received a Notice of this settlement, AT&T’s records show that you are a class member. If the personal ID# on the front or top of your settlement notice starts with an A, you do not need to file a claim. If your personal ID# starts with a B or C, you must file a claim in order to receive your full payment.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you live in California, bought an unlimited data plan from AT&T Mobility, LLC, and on or before March 31, 2021, exceeded AT&T’s data usage threshold for any user on your account for one or more billing cycles, so that the user would have qualified for data use slowing or deprioritization by AT&T. If you received a Notice in this settlement, AT&T’s records show that you are a member of the class.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Approximate awards: Group A: $10. Group B: $13. Group C (members of both Groups A and B): $23. Note that actual awards may be higher or lower, depending on the number of valid claims received.

Note that those who received payments in 2020 related to data slowing as part of the Federal Trade Commission case against AT&T Mobility are still eligible for payments in this case.
