Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you belong to either of the classes below:
- All persons who worked for AT&T Mobility in California while classified as non-exempt, at any time between November 2, 2021 and September 21, 2022.
- All persons who filed a timely Request for Exclusion from the class action settlement for Wallack, et. al. v. AT&T Mobility Services, LLC, Case Number CIVSB2117915, which was pending in the Superior Court for the State of California, County of San Bernardino.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund based on the number of weeks worked in each position covered by the settlement during the class period.
