(2) Extraordinary expense reimbursements: Up to $4,500 additional. These two benefits are capped at a total of $1,300,000 for all class members. If the amounts claimed exceed this total amount, reimbursements will be reduced on a pro rata basis. (3) Credit monitoring and identity protection services: Up to 24 months.
