Typical Settlement Amount:

Three benefits are available. (1) Identity Theft Protection: Three years of credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through Kroll. For those who already have such services through Kroll, they will be extended for another three years. (2) Tier One Compensation: For time spent addressing the cybersecurity event, at the rate of $26.67 per hour. Up to three hours or $80. (3) Tier Two Compensation: For unreimbursed losses fairly traceable to the cybersecurity incident not reimbursed by other sources. Up to $10,000.
