Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are or were
- The US owner of an iPhone iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, and/or SE device, and
- That iPhone ran iOS 10.2.1 or later or, in the case of iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices, that iPhone ran iOS 11.2 or later before December 21, 2017.
Share of the net settlement fund, estimated at $25 per device. Final amount will depend on the number of valid claims submitted and other factors. Amounts may be decreased, or increased up to a maximum of per device $500.
