Typical Settlement Amount:Pro rata share of the net settlement fund, based on your overall payments for your iCloud subscription. The amount will not exceed the total amount you paid.
You may fill out a form to choose to receive your payment as an ACH transfer or a check. If you do not choose, (1) if you are still a subscriber to a paid iCloud plan, you will receive payment to the Apple account that pays for your subscription; or (2) if you are no longer a subscriber, or you do not have a US mailing address associated with your plan, you will receive payment by a check mailed to the address associated with your account.
