Eligibility:You may be eligible if (1) you have impaired mobility; (2) you were harmed because of accessibility issues at the Issue Stations listed in the Notice between July 27, 2013 and December 2, 2020; (3) the Administrator is satisfied that you lived at, visited, or wanted to visit a place closer to the Issue Stations than an accessible alternative station within the time period; (4) you declare under penalty of perjury that the information you have provided on the Claim Form and/or to the Administrator is true and correct; and (5) you file a Release of Claims along with the Claim Form.

Typical Settlement Amount:Compensation will be distributed in two tiers.
Tier 1: For Eligible Persons who lived closer to an Issue Station than another station.
Tier 2: For Eligible Persons who traveled to or were deterred from travel to an Issue Station.
Tier 1 compensation (up to $2,499.99) will be three times Tier 2 compensation (up to $833.33). Final amounts will depend on the number of valid claims received.
