Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were employed as a non-exempt employee of Ameripac (whether you were hired directly or through a staffing agency or labor contractor, for any part of the time between August 31, 2016 and May 29, 2019.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Share of the net settlement amount, calculated by comparing the number of weeks you worked as an hourly-paid, non-exempt Ameripec employee with the total number of weeks worked by all class members. If you are a PAGA member, you will also receive a share of the $6,250 allotted to PAGA payments.

Twenty percent of your individual class share will be treated as wages, subject to withholding, and reported on an IRS Form W-2. The other eighty percent will be treated as penalties and interest and will be reported on a Form 1099. If you receive a PAGA payment, it will be regarded as penalties, and if it exceeds $600, all of it will be reported to the IRS on a Form 1099.
