Eligibility:You may be eligible if you were a residential or commercial customer of AmeriGas, who paid a fuel recovery fee for delivery of propane or another transaction in Florida during the class period, which is (a) for residential customers, from October 31, 2010 to June 30, 2012, or (b) for commercial customers, from October 31, 2010 to December 31, 2012. Customers of Heritage Propane who became customers of AmeriGas when AmeriGas acquired Heritage are not eligible.
Typical Settlement Amount:Varies; calculated according to total amount paid in fuel recovery fees, to a maximum of 40%, depending on the number of valid claims received.
