Benefits: (1) Inconvenience Claim payment: Cash payment of an equal share of the net settlement fund after all other costs and claims are paid. (2) Documented Loss Claim: Up to $5,000 for documented, unreimbursed, out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of identity theft or fraudulent activity activity that occurred after October 1, 2020. If the total of all valid Documented Loss Claims exceeds $1,700,000, amounts will be subject to a pro-rata reduction.
