Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a current or former member of American Airlines FCU and it charged you either (1) an APPSN fee, between May 14, 2016 and October 8, 2020, or (2) a Retry NSF fee, between May 14, 2016 and February 29, 2020. If you received a Notice for this settlement, then the credit union’s records indicate you are a class member.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Portion of the net settlement fund, allocated according to a formula outlined in the Settlement Agreement. Current members will receive a credit to their accounts; former members will receive a check. Those who are entitled to forgiveness of uncollected fees will receive this benefit automatically.

Total Settlement Amount: $1,590,000 plus $175,807 in forgiveness for uncollected fees
