- Progistics Distribution, Inc.
- Revelation Delivery, Inc.

- Transportation Brokerage Specialists, Inc.
Half of each class member’s settlement will be treated as wages; this amount will be subject to normal payroll tax withholding and payments. The other half will be treated as non-wage damages and interest; this amount will not be subject to withholding but it will be considered taxable income.
