Members who opened their accounts after October 1, 2018 are not included

Typical Settlement Amount:

Share of the net settlement fund, according to a formula in the Settlement Agreement. Current members will receive their payment as a credit to their account; former members will receive a check. Some class members with unpaid Retry Fees will receive forgiveness.

Total Settlement Amount: $836,000 for settlement fund; $372,447 for forgiveness of unpaid Retry Fees
