  • you leased an apartment from any Maryland property owned and managed by an AIMCO affiliate,
  • paid a security deposit, and
  • moved out between April 15, 2010 and April 6, 2015.

You are not eligible if the withheld amounts were solely for unpaid rent or utility fees.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Varies;100% of the amount withheld plus 3% interest.
