County of Los Angeles includes more than 10 million residents, 88 incorporated cities, and other unincorporated areas. With a GDP of more than $700 billion, it is the third-largest metropolitan economy in the world. Los Angeles is its largest city, with a population of about four million.

Rutherford County is located in the geographical center of the state of Tennessee. As of the 2010 census, the population was 262,604. Its county seat is Murfreesboro.

City of Chicago is the third-largest city in the US by population, with 2.7 million inhabitants and nearly 10 million in the greater metropolitan area. It is known for finance, industry, technology, telecommunications, and architecture.

City of Detroit is the largest city by population in Michigan, with over 677,000 people. Metro Detroit has 4.3 million people, making it the second-largest metropolitan area in the Midwest after Chicago. It is set on the Detroit River, one of the four major straits connecting the Great Lakes to the St. Lawrence Seaway.

Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles issues driver's licenses, licenses for motorcycles and other vehicles, and state ID cards as well as help with driver education.

Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles was begun in 1938 and is partially supported by funds from HUD. It aims to preserve existing affordable housing in LA and increase the number of affordable units as well. It offers programs for low income, homeless, disabled, children, and seniors.
