People have a choice about which credit cards they will hold. This class action concerns the inducements advertised for a credit card that was offered by United Airlines (United Airlines, Inc. and United Airlines Holdings, Inc.) through JPMorgan Chase (JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and JPMorgan Chase & Co.). The complaint alleges that, to induce people to get the card, they promised to credit the first $125 of charges made for company products and services but did not do this.
