United Airlines Cancels Flights, Refuses to Give Refunds Complaint

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, many people are no longer traveling. Airlines have reduced their flight schedules, to avoid running flights with too few passengers to make them profitable. The complaint for this class action alleges that United Airlines Holdings, Inc. and United Airlines, Inc. are improperly refusing to issue refunds to passengers for flights that the companies themselves have canceled.
