Taurus 738 TCP and 732 TCP Pistols Slide Projectiles Complaint

Firearms are dangerous products, by their very nature. But sometimes, because of flaws in their materials or manufacture, they become even more dangerous, even when used as intended. The complaint for this class action alleges that Taurus International Manufacturing, Inc. and Taurus Holdings, Inc. are responsible for certain defective Taurus pistols, in which the slides may break in half and form high-speed projectiles when the pistol is fired.
