Easy Healthcare Corporation offers a “Premom” app for women to download to their Android devices. Premom is intended to help women who are trying to get pregnant. Unfortunately, the complaint alleges that Easy shares their personal and location information “with at least three known Chinese third-party data collection entities.” The complaint alleges this is a breach of Premom’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies and a violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
