Plaintiff Brian Garlough had less than 100 miles on his car when he noticed flaking paint. The complaint for this class action says this is due to what it calls the “Hood Scoop Defect,” a problem it claims is endemic to the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demons. The vehicle has an extra-large air scoop at the front of the car, and the complaint says FCA US, LLC, the maker, has known about the problem but does not have a fix for it.
