Credit Plus Inaccurate Information on Credit Reports FCRA Complaint

July 22, 2021

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), says the complaint for this class action, requires that consumer reporting agencies “follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information” in their reports.
