7-Eleven No Warnings on Super-Addictive Juul E-Cigarettes Florida Complaint

January 31, 2022

Among the products 7-Eleven stores sell are tobacco and other smoking products. These now include Juul e-cigarettes. This class action brings suit against 7-Eleven, Inc., alleging that the company knew about the extra-addictive nature of e-cigarettes but marketed them as a safer or at least comparable alternative to tobacco cigarettes. The complaint alleges that “a single Juul e-cigarette delivers the same amount of nicotine as an entire pack of traditional cigarettes.”
